About the Book: I never once thought about having a pig for a pet, especially not a wild pig, but one day a tiny little wild piglet who had been injured, was starving and thirsty wandered into our yard; she won our hearts. My wife went into our kitchen and made her some oatmeal, which she ate right up. We took some corn we had for our chickens and soaked it till it ws soft, and she ate that. I named her Gorgeous because she was so funny-looking. Gorgeous became the most fun pet we ever had; she was the most affectionate, and she was by far the smartest animal we ever had. This book is about Gorgeous.
